Danish-speaking Project Manager

Adhoc Translations offers unique and tailored solutions to suit each industry, client and project. We have more than 30 years’ experience in the language services sector and are renowned for our first-class customer service and high-quality translations.
Ideally, you’ll work from our Barcelona office, but if you’re situated elsewhere in Spain, don’t hesitate to get in touch. And even if you think you’re the perfect fit but are based in Denmark, we’d still like to hear from you.
You’ll work closely with our team of Project Managers in Spain and India and will manage the daily localisation and translation requests from our Danish and international clients, ensuring that they always receive a highest quality product.
What will I be doing?
- You’ll manage a portfolio of Danish and International B2B clients, identifying their needs and offering innovative solutions tailored to their specific requirements.
- Provide high-level management of all types and sizes of translation and localisation projects, from quote stage to final delivery to the client.
- Follow-up communication with clients via status calls and meetings to ensure a seamless working process.
- You will be a great multi-tasker, with the ability to develop project plans and workflows, as well as being able to prioritise effectively when managing multiple projects and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest quality.
Personal and professional qualifications
- Relevant and documented qualification within linguistics, international business communications, business administration or similar.
- Excellent communication skills: fluent or native Danish speaker (spoken and written) and fluent in English.
- You will be conscientious, with a professional attitude and a positive and outgoing personality. You should be able to work well under pressure and enjoy delivering projects on time in close collaboration with the client.
- You will be able to take responsibility and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills.
- A good sense of humour is also an advantage!
